The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• Platform: The 88rb website, mobile site, and all associated digital services.
• User / Player: Anyone who uses the services through a registered account on 88rb.
• Account: The personal user profile created by registering on 88rb.
• Bonus: Any financial or non-financial reward offered by 88rb, subject to specific conditions.
• Bet / Wager: An amount of money placed on any game or sport that is at risk depending on the outcome.
• Wagering Requirement: The condition specifying the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 88rb:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 88rb may request proof of identity at any time for age verification.
• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person or household are prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential. The account may not be transferred to a third party.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited may not use 88rb.
• Accounts may only be used for personal entertainment purposes — not for commercial or professional gain.

All financial transactions on 88rb are governed by the following rules:

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same limit applies for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket).
• 88rb accepts transactions only through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets. Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• The owner of the payment account used for a deposit must be the same person as the 88rb account holder.
• Using the account for money laundering or fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 88rb reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions.

88rb offers various bonuses and promotions. The following conditions apply to claiming and using these offers:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If you withdraw your deposited funds before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are for use on the 88rb platform only — they cannot be converted directly to cash.
• 88rb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• If abuse of bonus offers or fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account will be cancelled and funds forfeited.

The 88rb VIP Program has four tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Cashback amounts and eligibility are determined by tier. 88rb reserves the right to change cashback terms and rates at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88rb:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers ("bonus hunting").
• Using betting software, bots, or automated methods to play.
• Interfering with or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's security systems.
• Making deposits using a third party's funds or withdrawing through another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate or cheat game outcomes in any way.
• Harassing other users, using abusive language, or making threats.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

The following general rules apply to all bets and gaming activities on 88rb:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless 88rb acknowledges a technical error.
• Claims based on odds or winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will not be accepted.
• 88rb is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play.
• For sports betting, outcomes are determined in accordance with the decisions of the relevant international sports authority.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be settled in accordance with 88rb's policy.

• Your personal information will not be sold or transferred to third parties unless required by law.
• Documents submitted for identity verification are stored securely and deleted once they are no longer needed.
